Jolt12 is operated by WickedSelf LLC, 2810 N Church St #578615, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. You can reach us at support@wickedself.com. Using Jolt12 means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.

Jolt12 involves no wagering. You cannot stake money on an outcome, you cannot buy a chance at anything, and nothing you win can be exchanged for money or anything of value. Points, records, streaks and levels exist only inside the game, have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed, and may be reset if an account is closed.

We do not sell probability, retries, extra lives, energy, position on a leaderboard, in-game currency, or any item that changes the outcome of a run. Paid access buys additional content and nothing else.

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, because access to your email is access to your account. Tell us at support@wickedself.com if you believe someone else has used your account.

You may play without an account. In that case your progress is stored only in that browser, and clearing your browser data will end it. That is not recoverable by us.

Some content requires a paid subscription or a one time purchase. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the period you have already paid for.

If a purchase is made through an app store, that store’s refund policy governs the refund and you should request it there. For purchases made directly with us, contact support@wickedself.com within 14 days and we will refund you, provided the request is made in good faith.

Do not attempt to interfere with the fairness of the game for other players. Specifically: do not automate play to manipulate results or records, do not attempt to access or alter another player’s account or progress, do not probe or attack the service, and do not resell or redistribute access.

Working out how the game behaves and getting better at it is not misuse. It is the point.

WickedSelf LLC owns Jolt12, its name, its artwork, its code and its content. You get a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence to play it. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything to you.

Screenshots and share images produced by the game are yours to post wherever you like.

Jolt12 is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, free of faults, or that progress can never be lost. We will take reasonable care, and we will not pretend that amounts to a guarantee.

To the fullest extent the law allows, WickedSelf LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty five United States dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can stop using Jolt12 at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by writing to support@wickedself.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why first.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will make it visible in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and both you and WickedSelf LLC consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
